We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. As long as your initial return request is sent within this 14-day window, we will consider it valid, even if our response extends beyond this period.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to returns@refident.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address.
Timeframe for Sending Back Approved Returns
Once your return request has been approved, you must ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving the approval. If we do not receive the returned item(s) within this timeframe, we reserve the right to deny the return and refund.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.
Hygiene and Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or the seal broken. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Swimwear
- Earrings and other piercing jewelry
These items can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Exceptions
If you are unable to send the item(s) back within the specified timeframe due to extenuating circumstances, please contact our customer service team at returns@refident.com as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
